The owner of this penthouse enjoys her terrace all year round. She contacted us because she had the feeling that she could get more out of it and make it aesthetically even more beautiful. We visited her house to learn about her tastes and needs, see the space and take measurements. The proposal – which starts from maintaining the flooring, wall finishes, awnings and an important part of the furniture – eliminates everything that is dispensable, harmonizes the style and material of the pots, changes the color of the walls and incorporates a closet and new plantings. For one of these walls and in order to hide the meeting between adjoining terraces, a lattice of horizontal lines broken by cubicles where aromatics can be placed is proposed. The selection of species is designed to give color to the terrace and withstand climatic and sunshine conditions.
