Landscaping project for Kategora Real Estate at a resort complex in Tenerife.

The intervention is structured around the pool area, exterior common spaces, private gardens, and interior courtyards, understanding the landscape as a continuous element of the architectural whole.

Plant selection combines tropical and subtropical species with coastal plants, integrated into the different spaces according to their use and their relationship with the architecture.

The work included the development of the landscaping design and advisory support during construction, accompanying the process through to its final realization.
