Landscaping project for the apartment resort “Nivaria Golf & Marina” located in Amarilla Golf, Tenerife.
The assignment from Kategora Real Estate, the developer of the complex, is divided in two: Conceptual Project and Execution Project. The first aims to lay the foundations for the execution project, taking into account the design premises established by the developer and trying to create common spaces for enjoyment, relaxation and teleworking. Different environments are created through the use of vegetation and materials such as stone, wood or ropes reminiscent of nautical environments.
Coastal gardens with endemic species and gravel or chime paving are established on the perimeter, creating attractive and sustainable spaces with low water consumption and low maintenance requirements.
In the main entrance and the interior space that make up the 4 buildings an orchard is created, a paradise of vegetation in which have been carefully chosen those species of subtropical appearance with less water and maintenance needs. These same premises have been taken into account when selecting the species for the reception area and the patios of the N and S buildings, which are inspired by traditional Canarian patios.
The rooftop in building E will be the ideal place for relaxation and leisure with views of the Amarilla Golf marina. The rooftop will be configured with different areas with small palm trees, endemic species and wind and drought resistant vegetation.
