The commission from Kategora Real Estate, the company promoting the complex, is divided into Conceptual Project and Execution Project. The first aims to lay the foundations for the execution project, considering the design premises established by the developer and trying to create common spaces for enjoyment, rest and teleworking. Different environments are thus created through the use of vegetation and materials such as stone, wood or ropes that are reminiscent of nautical environments.
Coastal-style gardens with endemic species and gravel or sandstone pavements are established on the perimeter, creating attractive and sustainable spaces, with low water consumption and low maintenance needs.
