Villa garden renovation – Tenerife

The desire to have a swimming pool created the need to reform a garden whose axis coincided with a disused door and in which a linear planter divided the space into two areas without currently having a reason to do so.

The initial proposals served to create a definitive design in which, contrary to the client’s original desire, the linear planter disappeared to create a space with greater depth and visual breadth.

We established a circulation around the pool and kept the connections between the house, the garage and the gym clear. We relocated the jacuzzi and studied the different types of flooring to try to homogenize their treatment. Once the final design was approved, we defined the plantings according to the tastes of the client, who enjoys plants as much as we do.

With the final design and measurements, we obtained quotes from different contractors and suppliers so that the property could choose the one that best suited its project. We also supported the client during the construction management in making decisions.
