Drafting of the Gardening Annex of the Basic and Execution Project of the María Jiménez Sports and Recreation Space for Estudio Funcionall.
Plantations of native species native to the area as a projection of the vegetation of the surrounding slopes, creating new sustainable green areas. Other species are also included that do not strictly belong to this location but that will provide color with their blooms (Canary Island Lavender or Guaydil) or height to the compositions (Acebuche). Other autochthonous species, with low irrigation and maintenance needs, complete the plant palette.
The species Harpephyllum caffrum or Plum of the Cafres is proposed to provide shade for the children’s playground. It is a perennial species of easy cultivation, with a very little aggressive root system, rounded or extended crown and quite fast growth.
