Southern Train – Basic project section 3

Completion of photomontages for the Acta Engineering studio and its Basic Project for Section 3 of the Southern Train.

Los Pasitos Industrial Estate – Jagua – SC Tenerife

Design of the green areas planned in the new Jagua Industrial Park.

Green area TF5 Avda. Tres de mayo – Guajara (Ofra – El Chorillo)

Design a sloped garden area between roads. We proposed providing it with sports use to encourage its use and landscaping it with endemic plants to facilitate its maintenance.

Back terrace, Tacoronte – Tenerife

Improve the appearance of the backyard located between homes where a young couple, three dogs and a baby live. Host a storage room and a turtle pond.

Integrate a disused tennis court with the wonderful gardens of the Hotel.

Terrace design in El Sauzal – Tenerife

Delimiting an area of the terrace so that the dogs would not enter was the goal of this young couple and new parents.

We improved and promoted the use of the growing areas located on the different terraces to the south of the house and created garden areas in the rest for the daily enjoyment of the property.

Garden layout – Romania

Increasing the outdoor planting and lawn areas was the main premise of the ownership of this home in Romania. A design made online for which we made two proposals, one rectilinear and another more organic.
